"We need a activex component that runs on a web page. The activex component should
1) download a file from a server (eks a word document)

3.) Fix existing function that reports automatic windows services that are in a stopped state. This does not appear to work in my script
4.) Clearly indicate all variables that we may need to change, such as where to change smtp server, path to arcserve/veritas log so we can change it as the path changes, etc."
